Try it first
Every shop starts with a 30-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card needed, so you can see that Rapid Store works for you before you pay anything.
What a subscription costs and how it renews
Rapid Store costs £10 per month, excluding VAT.
A subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, takes the payment and sends your invoice.
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like, online, with the Cancel subscription button on your shop’s billing page, which takes you to Paddle’s customer portal. You do not need to call or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your shop stays open until then and nothing further is charged. After that it follows the steps in our Terms of Service (paused, then offline, then exported and deleted if you do nothing).
Refunds
Refunds for Rapid Store subscriptions follow Paddle’s Refund Policy, because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase:
- If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of completing it and receive a full refund. You lose that right for a service you have already started using, if you asked for it to begin during that period.
- Otherwise, a payment is not refundable unless the law requires it. Paddle may, at its discretion, refund a request made within 14 days of the payment. Asking within that time does not guarantee a refund.
- We do not refund part of a period you have already paid for when you cancel; you keep access until it ends.
Service credit
A credit for a month in which your shop fell short of our uptime commitment is not a refund. It is part of that month’s payment given back to your account, as set out in section 12 of our Terms of Service, and it comes off your next bill rather than going back to your card.
How to ask for a refund
Open the billing page of your shop and use Manage billing to find your invoice and payment details in Paddle’s customer portal, or contact Paddle’s buyer support at help@paddle.com with your invoice number. You can also write to us at admin@rapidstore.net and we will help you with the request.
Your own shop’s sales
Refunds for what your own customers buy in your shop are between you and them, under the policies your shop publishes. This policy covers only the Rapid Store subscription.
